Program

The intention of this retreat is to offer people a space to question their health and perspective of what is wellness. A week to explore healing.

These days suit people that are looking to release tension, to improve their health or to treat a specific condition of the body. While at the same time the week will work as a prevention exercise for everyone’s health.

Osteopathy
TierraCuerpo, formed by Lotte and Steven, is grounded in osteopathy, which views the body as an integrated whole where structure and function are closely connected. Through gentle hands-on techniques, their work aims to release restrictions, enhance mobility, and support the conditions in which the body’s natural capacity for balance, regulation, and self-healing can express itself more fully.

Movement as practice
Together, we will explore four interconnected pillars: functional body preparation, practical movement patterns, relational partner work, and structured movement games. The emphasis is on refining perception and organizing movement more efficiently—on your own, in connection with others, and in relationship to your environment.

• Yoga
Blood flow exercises
Respiratory exercises (Pranayama)

Team

TierraCuerpo - Lotte and Steven

TierraCuerpo is an ecosystem dedicated to the study and cultivation of health as a living, relational process.

We study how health can be expressed and cultivated through practice, supported by bodywork, and influenced by ecological conditions.

Our work integrates a movement school, hands-on bodywork, osteopathic treatment, and an ecological approach to living and learning, rooted in the understanding that the body is part of a larger living system.

Rather than fixed methods, TierraCuerpo creates spaces where people can develop functional capacity and adaptability, relational intelligence, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves, others, and the land.
